I personally feel that Island School is the foremost academy on Kauai for progressive, and forwarding
thinking faculty and students. It provides an invaluable combination of: academic excellence, with
special emphasis on character building, as well as enjoying a diverse curriculum enriched in the
humanities and the arts. Many families join the Island School community by making a conscious
