1. Kokee is a great place for mountain biking and is the most secluded area from any town. Although it also takes a while to drive to the top of the canyon from anywhere on the island. kokee's mouintain bikikng trails are slipary and wet when it rains making it easy to fall when your heading down the trails this area has biking from moderate to advanced levels Kauai map 3. Wailua has lots of trails from begginer to advanced levels. they have trails from easy cane roads to the powerline trail. This place can also get very wet so if its raining be carfull.
2. Waimea canyon is also a great place for mountain baiking but it can get very hot. also their are some minour setbikes like having to dodge crevices from old volcanoe vents.The bottom of Waimea Canyonis very dry so take lots of water.This place has moderate to advanced levels. 4. black mountain and the koloa sugar mill are great places for the beginner and intrermediate bikers. this area has lots of flat sugar cane trails which are great for biking. although it is hard to get over black mountain but thier are two awsome ways. one is to bike over the montain on a step clime that goes up and down through some valleys along the water. the second way is to go through an old sugar cane tunal. both ways are really awsome but the first is a lot more work
