Junior/Senior Prom 2023

The Island School’s High School Student Council is excited to announce our Junior/Senior Prom 2023. Prom will be held at the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort on the evening of Saturday, April 1, 2023, and is open to all Island School juniors and seniors and any invited underclassman. Registration will begin at 6:30 pm.  The dance is from 7:00-10:00 pm. 

 

Students and their guests must complete the prom registration form and payment to Mr. Evslin no later than Friday-March 10, 2023.   Forms will also be available in Mr. Evslin’s office. Payments can also be made online via: https://islandschool.diamondmindinc.com/

 

Prom is a school-organized, fun, and safe event for students to enjoy. To underline our support for student safety at this school event, we will explain to all students that they can expect to be tested with a breathalyzer upon entry and have their belongings checked as well.

 

The school advises all families to have clear expectations of their students before and after the prom event.

We strongly advise against families purchasing rooms for students at the hotel, for obvious reasons also connected to student safety and well-being. Your support is deeply appreciated.
