Baseball
Baseball at Island School
For several years, demand has grown for athletic programs at Island School, particularly Baseball. In the 2020-2021 school year, Island School had a baseball team practicing and playing exhibition games against other leagues across the island. The team made history in the 2021-2022 school year as Island School’s first varsity baseball team. They conducted all practices and games without a formal baseball field on campus.
The construction of a formal baseball field is the next step of this project of expanding our athletics program. With your support, we can continue to give our students a balanced experience at Island School. Athletics are a vital part of a broad educational experience, where lessons are learned about teamwork, leadership, competition, commitment to goals, and individual character.
