Hawaii Department of Health: Stop Flu at School Initiative

Island School is glad to partner with the Hawaiʻi DOHʻs Stop Flu at School, SFAS, initiative. We will be hosting an OPTIONAL clinic for students to receive their flu vaccine the week after Fall Break.  Consent forms are available in the school office. If you would like your child to be vaccinated at school, simply return the signed form ideally by August 29, 2025 (Friday of next week) so we can let the DOH know our approximate numbers so they can plan accordingly. Families can continue to send in forms through October 1st for your child to participate.
