Island School Admission Process

Aloha mai kākou, e komo mai - Welcome to the Island School Admissions Page!

We are delighted that you are exploring the possibility of becoming a Voyager in the Island School ʻohana. Our place-based and culturally responsive curriculum inspires curiosity, creativity, and excellence. As a school we strive to create well-balanced learners with a focus on academic rigor, emotional intelligence and core citizenship skills and values. Students have access to a wide range of learning opportunities beyond the classroom, from our own Kauaʻi backyard to destinations across Europe, Asia, and beyond. Our Voyagers are further enriched through community service, school traditions, clubs and athletics. Our dedicated faculty and staff are committed to nurturing each student’s growth, passions, and values, helping them thrive as leaders. In keeping with our mission, we seek families who share our values and enthusiasm for learning and community.
