Join us for a fast-paced, hands-on Youth iPad Video Production Bootcamp where students will learn to plan, shoot, and edit their very own video projects—all on an iPad! No prior experience needed—just a curiosity for storytelling and a willingness to dive in.
In this 3-day creative crash course, students will work in small teams to create Public Service Announcements (PSAs) in collaboration with local nonprofits. Using iPads provided by Hōʻike, they’ll learn real-world production skills including:
🎥 Shot composition & camera movement 🗣️ Interviewing & audio recording ✂️ Editing basics & storytelling techniques 🎙️ Media messaging for community impact
The camp wraps up with a special parent screening where students will premiere their original work on the big screen!
