Next year’s Island School sophomores,  juniors and seniors are eligible to participate in an international travel opportunity during Spring Break, March 2027, to Perú!

Scheduled through EF Tours, the trip will include visits to Lima, Ollantaytambo, Cuzco, Urubamba, the Maras Salt Ponds, and Machu Picchu. Highlighting the culture and history of the region on the trip, we’ll also have the opportunity to get up close with llamas and alpacas, and taste Chica Morada, Inca Kola, and sample other local delicacies.

To learn more about the opportunity, students may attend an informal informational meeting on Tuesday, Jan 20 at lunch in Pratt Hall 1 (Feel free to bring your lunch!). 

A meeting of interest for parents/guardians (Students are also welcome!)  will be held on Tuesday, February 3 at 5:30 pm in Pratt Hall 1. 

Please note: Only Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors for the 2026-27 school year are eligible to travel.
