Who? Rising high school seniors (current juniors) with a passion for the arts, sciences, or humanities as it pertains to U.S. Latino history and culture, as well as a commitment to engage with local communities.
What? Week-long, all-expenses paid training and leadership seminar and 108-hour virtual, part-time community practicum experience with a $1,350 program stipend
Where? Washington D.C. and selected students’ local regions across the U.S. and Puerto Rico
When? June 21–27, 2026 weeklong seminar and July-October 2026 virtual, part-time community practicum
Why? Opportunity to explore various career paths and networks, gain practical and leadership skills and intellectual growth, and engage with your community
