Upper School Conference Sign-Ups

Our Grades 6-12 conferences will be after school on April 7, 8, and 9 from 3:20 - 5:00 p.m and all day on Friday, April 10th. Because our teachers will be in meetings throughout the day, as a reminder we will not hold classes for students on April 10. Conferences will be 15 minutes long with a 5-minute passing time built in and will be held either virtually via Google Meets or in person as you prefer. For either the virtual or in-person option, parents can find each teacher's sign-ups listed here.

Select the teacher you would like to schedule a conference with and click on the conference link with their name. This brings you to a calendar webpage.  (It defaults to today so you will need to switch to the week of conferences). From there, you can select the appointment slot that works for you and follow the prompts to schedule it. You will be prompted to add either "virtual" or "in-person" to signify if the conference is to be virtual or in-person. Please make sure your time zone is set to Hawaii Pacific Standard Time. In-person conferences will be held in teachers' spaces, offices, or classrooms.
