Hawaii Department of Health: Stop Flu at School Initiative

Island School is partnering with Hawaiʻi DOH's Stop Flu at School, SFAS, initiative. We will be hosting an OPTIONAL clinic for students to receive their flu vaccine on Wednesday, October 22, 2025.  Consent forms are available in the school office.  If you would like your child to be vaccinated at school, simply return the signed form so we can let the DOH know our approximate numbers and they can plan accordingly. 

Families can continue to send in forms through October 21st for your child to participate.
