Creating pathways with yarn

This week, students explored creating pathways with yarn, and along the way, they also strengthened their early literacy skills! As they twisted, looped, and stretched the yarn, they described their designs with words like straight, curved, zigzag, long, short, around, and through—building rich vocabulary and understanding of spatial concepts.
