At the very core of our program is observing and documenting our students approaches to learning. We look at each students’ ability to initiate and plan, problem solve with materials, and reflect. When we enter into inquiry projects such as “navigating our world”, we are uncertain as to where our students and teachers will take us. We continued this week in creating a 3-D map of our environment. The students have observed, planned, identified required materials, and have set to work. We look forward to next week’s `Ohana morning when our families can visit us for a walk through of the students’ work on this project!
