Guests in Alaka'i Chorus

On Tuesday, operatic tenor Thomas Michael Allen and pianist Monica Chung visited our high school Alaka'i Chorus class. Thomas and Monica performed four songs for the class, and answered many thoughtful and engaging questions from the class. Thomas has spent the last two decades singing opera. He has performed in Zurich, Berlin, Brussels, has been a soloist with the Chicago Symphony, and is and Associate Professor of Voice and Opera at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
