8th Grade Big Island Trip

Our 8th grade class spent three days on the Big Island this week! On the trip, students visited the University of Hawaiʻi, Hilo campus, getting to meet with recruiters from the school and ask questions about college. Students also visited the Astronomy education center at UH, the Mauna Loa mac nut production facility, and the Lyman Museum. The highlight of the trip was visiting Kīlauea to see the eruption!
