Nu'alolo Kai with the Class of 2024

After their senior capstone presentations, our students made their way to Nuʻalolo Kai for the annual senior service project. The seniors departed by boat at 5am thanks to transportation provided by Captain Andy's (an alumni parent) and Blue Ocean Adventures (current parent). The 34 seniors, along with chaperones Sabra Kauka, Jen Pomroy, Kanānā Kuhaulua, and Nathaniel Evslin, spent the day learning about the site and cleaning the site of debris and overgrowth. This group was also supported by members of the Na Pali Coast 'Ohana, who have been the stewards of Nu'alolo since 1992 with Sabra Kauka. Members of the Na Pali Coast 'Ohana who were assisting our group were Mike DeMotta, Kat Ho (alumni parent), Ziko Quintana (Class of 2016) and Michael Shintani.
