Celebration of Life for Alan King

Earlier this spring, long-time board member Alan King passed away. Besides Island School, Alan served on other non-profit boards including: Wilcox Health Foundation, Kauai Junior Golf Association, Kukuiolono Golf Course, and the Mission Childrenʻs Society. In addition to serving as the Island School high school golf coach, Alan co-chaired and supported the school's iconic annual fundraising auction for many years. Island School's community has known his kind words, generosity, and enthusiasm for many years. A Celebration of Life will be held for Alan at Kukuiolono Golf Course Clubhouse in Kalaheo on Saturday, May 11 at 2 p.m.
