Mayor's Youth Track Meet Success

Island School elementary and middle school students represented well at the Mayor's Youth Track Meet last weekend! Students participated in many events at Vidinha Stadium, including the standing jump, 100 meter dash, and softball throw. Students were introduced to these events in their PE classes at school and were excited to compete against other schools across the island! Mahalo to our PE teachers, Jen Pomroy, Archie Achuara, and Emily Thomas, parents and volunteers for the support leading up to this event.
